Current Position: Account Manager Raised in El Dorado County and attended both the Gold Oak Union School District and the Placerville Union School District before graduating from El Dorado High School in 1994. Tiffany graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1999 with a B.S. Degree in Agricultural Business. Upon graduation, Tiffany accepted a position in the Livestock Department of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo in San Antonio, TX. Upon returning to Placerville in the summer of 2000, she began working for the family business, much to the encouragement of her parents Jim and Maureen.
In the past years she has been introduced to and gained vast experience in the accounting sector of the construction industry and enjoys playing an integral role in the business to which she and her family hold so much pride. Tiffany works closely under the guidance of the company’s accounting firm and is continuously striving to expand the efficiency and integrity in all processing of the company’s accounting program. Tiffany’s daily duties include Accounts Payable, processing of all payments, Payroll and employee enrollment, overseeing the finance portion of employee benefit programs, Cash Management, Management and Reconciliation of the General Ledger, Reconciliation of all Work in Progress contracts, accounting software management, in addition to overseeing the reconciliation of other segments such as Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Contract Management.
Tiffany also greatly depends on the support of her younger sister Sarah who regularly offers assistance and commits time to helping with the regular processing of accounting functions as needed, when she visits from out of town. As well, Tiffany’s dog Pedro plays a key role in the Carter Kelly team in his daily presence and representation as the company mascot and fulfilling his duties in maintaining office moral.
