Carter-Kelly, Inc. has been self-performing in the areas of Concrete, Framing - Rough and Finish Carpentry since the inception of the company. Providing our clients these services within the critical disciplines of Concrete and Framing in particular, allow our clients piece of mind as we are completely responsible for these areas and set the standard for all sub-contractors to follow.
