Current Position: Contract Accounting Specialist Patty started her construction career in 1970, working for a large retail lumber company in the San Francisco Bay area. Her responsibilities included; Contractor Sales, Payroll and Accounting Services.
Patty joined Carter-Kelly, Inc. in 2000. She brings with her over 30 years of industry related accounting experience from multiple vantage points. Her understanding of contract workflow from clients through to sub-contractors makes her an incredible value added associate of the CKI team. Patty has the ability to leverage her vast knowledge and lend support in assisting our Project Managers ensuring the highest quality services to our clients and sub-contractors alike. She is often times a direct link for our sub-contractor base, connecting them to the appropriate Project Managers for problem resolution and facilitation of prompt payments. Patty provides organizational assistance to our PM’s during our bidding process, producing complete and accurate bid packages when final bidding is submitted.
Patty is a certified Notary Public. She is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the California Realtors Association. When Patty is not engaged in her efforts at CKI, she enjoys national and international travel as a hobby.
