Current Position: Project Manager Possessing vast real estate development and construction knowledge, Norm began his industry experience in 1964. While working for a large commercial development company, Norm held positions as a Project Manager and as a Vice President of Construction. He provided oversight on the construction of Class-A office buildings and shopping centers across Northern California. In 1997, Norm put his construction knowledge to work for a nationally known retail company. Norm directed their development & construction efforts, building new stores across the United States.
In 2003, Norm brought his experience and tenure in the industry to CKI. He has a natural ability to facilitate cohesive teams that include; clients, architects, consultants, inspectors and construction crews resulting in the production of quality construction projects from inception to completion. He has held a Class B-General Contractors License since 1980. At CKI, Norm provides Project Management on many of Carter-Kelly’s educational and commercial projects.
