Current Position: Corporate Secretary/Treasurer With a background in Industrial Relations, Maureen became involved in Carter/Kelly, Inc. upon its inception in 1980, performing in many different positions over the course of the last 29 years. During the early formative years she was the main bookkeeper. As the company has grown, and office staff has expanded, she has transitioned into a management/leadership role.
Maureen’s current duties include Office Manager, Risk Management, and oversight of A/R and contract administration, as well as being the supporting partner for Jim in the overall conduct of the company.
Jim and Maureen both strongly believe in community involvement, and Maureen is currently serving in the following capacities:
Vice-President, El Dorado Community Foundation Board
Cabinet Member and Membership Chair, El Dorado Women’s Fund
Treasurer, El Dorado Co. Jr. Livestock Auction Committee
Board of Directors, El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce
