Current Position: Receptionist Kathy entered the construction industry in 1977. After serving as Administrative Assistant with Roy E. Carter Contractors, Inc. for over 29 years, Kathy joined Carter-Kelly, Inc. in 2006. Kathy took on the responsibility of receptionist and making the first impression to all our clients and partners. Over the course of more than 30 plus years, Kathy has found her experiences within the construction industry to be extremely rewarding. In her role, Kathy enjoys meeting new people, continuously learning more aspects of the construction industry and achieving great personal satisfaction from her efforts.
