Current Position: Project Manager It is with great pride when we share Carl’s service to our country. Carl served in the United States Army from 1969-1971 He is also a Vietnam Veteran. We thank Carl for his service to our nation. Carl began his construction career at the age of seventeen. He gathered experience while working in many sectors of the construction industry; mobile home construction, sub-contractor trades, residential and commercial projects too. Carl obtained his General Contractors License in 1972. Learning and growing within the industry enabled him to achieve General Manager Positions with both companies where he was employed in the late seventies and early eighties. In 1982, utilizing his General Contractors License, Carl began his own company operations, building both residential and commercial properties in and around the Placerville, CA area.
In 1994 Carl joined Carter-Kelly, Inc. as a project superintendent and quickly began to leverage his experience and knowledge base to achieve his current position as Project Manager. Carl has provided construction oversight on numerous projects and facility types. Carl has particular expertise in Medical facilities and the regulatory issues encountered within OSHPD. Carl continually strives for 100% customer satisfaction and client collaboration.
When Carl is not working he has enjoyed past involvement in youth sports. He spent twelve years within Little League Baseball and served four years as JV Baseball coach at Golden Sierra High School.
